What data we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form (name, company, email address and message), by email or by WhatsApp. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use your data only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and follow up on your project. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.

Who can access it

Your enquiry is received by the ASPE team and by our web services provider, who maintains this website and receives a copy for technical support. The website is hosted by Hostinger in the European Union. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

If you contact us through WhatsApp, your conversation is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. This website loads fonts and icons from Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which receive your IP address to deliver those files.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then for the periods required by law. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it, by writing to info@aspe-solutions.com. You may also withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es). We process your data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law.
